Shipping and Refund Policies

Domestic Shipping 

All Golden Groves packages are sent using Sendle. A flat rat of $10 is charged for shipping Australia-wide. We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100. 

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

International Shipping 

Unfortunately due to International Food Safety laws, we are currently unable to ship Golden Groves products outside of Australia. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about changes to our International Shipping policy. 

Checking your order status 

When your order has been posted, you will receive an email notification from our team which will include a tracking reference number. You can use this tracking number to check your order status. If you have not received your package within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@goldengrovesco.com with your name and order number. 

Refunds and Returns 

Given the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for items purchased from our website. If you have purchased a Golden Groves product from a retailer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@goldengrovesco.com with your name, order number and an image of the product's condition. We would love to help you in any way we can!
