How its made
Our olive oil is made from the koroneiki olive, a variety native to Greece, from groves that have been in our family for generations on the Mani Peninsula.
Our Early Harvest cultivation process means that the olives are collected before they are fully ripe, ensuring that their deeply nutritious properties (like their high rates of naturally occurring polyphenols) are preserved and transferred into your oil.
Our olives are sent off to a local olive mill to be cold pressed into the liquid gold that makes its way into your bottles. Profoundly luscious, peppery and unmistakably verdant in taste and colour, our olive oil will redefine what you previously thought good olive oil tastes like.
Polyphenols are natural antioxidant compounds found in olives. They’re responsible for olive oil’s peppery bite and bitterness, and they’re linked to the health benefits people associate with the Mediterranean diet, supporting heart health and reducing inflammation.
Our olive oil is naturally high in polyphenols and independently tested to certify its exceptional polyphenol levels.
